Barefoot Boxing

This class is perfect for those first starting out, or if you are looking to focus on your boxing technique for a whole class.  Barefoot boxing class focuses on the fundamentals of throwing proper punches, stance, and movement.  This class does not focus knees and kicks that are seen in Muay Thai classes.

RECOMMENDED GEAR: Shorts (no longer than knee length), shirt, water

OPTIONAL GEAR: Handwraps, your own gloves, ankle supports
