This class is perfect for those first starting out, or if you are looking to focus on your boxing technique for a whole class. Beginners boxing class focus on the fundamentals of throwing proper punches, stance, and movement. This class does not include elbows, knees, and kicks that are seen in Muay Thai classes.
Classes consist of an active warm-up, shadow boxing, technique, pad work and conditioning.
RECOMMENDED GEAR: Shorts (no longer than knee length), shirt, water
