This class is perfect for those first starting out, or if you previously trained in Muay Thai and are trying to get back into it. Beginners Thai boxing class focus on the fundamentals of Thai Boxing: stance, movement, and proper technique. This class will involve bag work as well as pad work with a more experienced partner.
Classes consist of an active warm-up, shadow boxing, technique, pad work and conditioning.
RECOMMENDED GEAR: Shorts (no longer than knee length), shirt, water
OPTIONAL GEAR: Handwraps, your own gloves, ankle supports
