Thai boxing class reviews and continuously develop the fundamentals of Thai Boxing: stance, movement, and proper technique. This class will build off of basic techniques learned in the beginners class, and is therefore designed for intermediate practitioners all the way up to competitive fighters.
Classes consist of an active warm-up, shadow boxing, technique, pad work and conditioning.
RECOMMENDED GEAR: Shorts (no longer than knee length), shirt, water
