Women’s Wednesdays

6 week program running 2/19/20-3/25/20 from 7-8pm on Wednesdays.

Open to women age 16+, this class is perfect for beginners, as well as those experienced in Muay Thai.  Class will consist of warm up, technique, bag or pad drills, conditioning, and cool down.  Class is done barefoot and make sure to bring a water bottle!
